A New Study shows that potatoes lower blood pressure and no weight gain.

Study is carried in USA on 18 predominantly obese people with high blood pressure ate six to eight purple potatoes and their skins twice daily for one month. These subjects are taken under consideration for a period of time and results are analyzed. By the end of the study period, the average diastolic blood pressure reading (lower) had fallen 4.3 percent on average.
